Doctoral student Daravuth Cheam was awarded the JGI/UC Merced Genomics Distinguished Graduate Internship for summer 2022. He will be studying Virus Diversity and Host Interactions in Biofilms Through Global Metagenomics under the guidance of Clement Coclet and Simon Roux.
